Chemical Concepts Ultralok 422GB Two-part structural adhesive
Categories: Polymer; Adhesive; Thermoset

Material Notes: The Chem-set™ Ultralok 422GB is a high performance two-part structural adhesives engineered to bond a wide range of plastics, metals, and composite materials. These products feature superior bond strength and extreme durability, with excellent impact and weathering properties. The Ultralok 400 series offer improved performance, ease of use and reliability over competing adhesives. The Ultralok series adhesives are available in several versions with faster or slower curing speeds to optimize the application process to specific needs and ambient temperature. The integrated glass beads act as spacers to maintain consistent bondline thickness resulting in stronger joints and preventing failure due to over-clamping.
