Material Notes: Description: TECHNYL® A 218G V33 Black 41N is a polyamide 66, reinforced with 33% of glass fiber, heat stabilized, for injection molding. The product is available in black color.

Benefits: This product has been specially designed to improve its resistance to automotive cooling liquids, increasing lifetime of parts in permanent contact with such a liquids. It is also specially formulated to offer a good surface aesthetics.

Available in: North America

Regulations compliance: Grades produced or imported in Europe comply with directive 453/2010/EC, which amends REACH directive 1907/2006/EC. This grade complies with RoHS directive 2002/95/EC. Unless specified, this grade is not suitable for food contact, medical devices or toy applications.

Applications: TECHNYL A 218G V33 Black 41N is particularly recommended for the injection molding of gun stocks and frames, as well as parts in permanent contact with cooling liquids in transport vehicles such as: cooling and heating radiator systems, tank headers, thermostat components, inlet and outlet pipes.
