Evonik SOLIMIDE® Densified HT Foam
Categories: Other Engineering Material

Material Notes: SOLIMIDE Densified HT foam is utilized in commercial and industrial markets when the high temperature, fire-resistant properties of lightweight polyimide foam are desired, but enhanced mechanical or thermal properties are needed. High Temperature gaskets and tubing for sensitive instrumentation are examples of applications that use SOLIMIDE Densified HT. Thin product is used in rugged utility laptops where insulation space is limited. A variety of shapes and sizes are available; facings or coatings are easily applied to suit the end use requirements.
