Shandong Rike Chemical ACM-2 PVC Impact Modifier ACM Resin

Material Notes:	For overcoming the shortcomings of plasticizers and CPE, this impact modifier ACM which as a copolymer of HDPE and acrylic acid was developed. ACM not only has the basic feature of CPE, but has higher impact strength and lower glass temperature compared to CPE, so its impact modification effect is more evident than CPE. Besides, ACM can effectively improve the weather-resistance of PVC products. Application The application method of ACM is the same as that of CPE. In processing, electric current and torque of extruders may have a slight decline and it may be eliminated through adjusting lubricant agent in the ingredients.
