Total 6453 Polypropylene, Random Copolymer Film Grade  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Film; Thermoplastic; Polypropylene (PP); Polypropylene, Film Grade

Material Notes: Random copolymer heat sealable film grade

Color - Low catalyst residuals in FINA 6453 result in improved color stability.

Clarity/Impact - The random copolymer structure of FINA 6453 improves its clarity and impact resistance over conventional homopolymer films.

Heat Sealable - The reduced melting point of FINA 6453 makes it suitable as a heat seal layer in films.

FDA - FINA 6453 complies with all applicable FDA regulations for food contact applications.

Recommended Applications - FINA 6453 is a medium ethylene content propylene copolymer product appropriate for use in a variety of applications that require improved clarity, flexibility, and impact strength properties or as a heat seal layer in co-extruded films.

Data provided by the manufacturer, Total Petrochemicals.

Total Petrochemicals includes former Fina and Atofina plastics product lines.
