Standard Applications: Mackam LS is a vegetable derived surfactant with a pure lauric backbone. A fusion of amphoteric and sultaine chemistry, Mackam LS takes advantage of both functional groups as it provides high foam with excellent foam stability and exceptional mildness when combined with common anionics. This product also displays good surface active properties and is moderately soluble in caustic solutions. Mackam LS does not contain any preservatives and is suitable for use as a primary surfactant as well as a secondary.
