Material Notes: H03W-01 (formerly Fortilene® HG3253) is produced by gas phase polymerization. This nominal 4 melt flow index product is specifically designed for fiber applications which require low water carryover characteristics coupled with good melt and thermal stability in the finished product. Specific applications for HG3253 include cordage, carpet backing, industrial fabrics and geotextiles. This material meets the FDA requirements of 21CFR 177.1520.
