Teijin Multilon T-2711 Standard, Automobile Part Series PC/ABS Polymer Alloy
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic; ABS Polymer; Polycarbonate/ABS Alloy, Unreinforced; Polycarbonate (PC)

Material Notes: PC/ABS polymer alloy general grade developed for automobile parts use. It has high heat resistance, impact strength, light resistance and fluidity, particularly, the high impact strength in a wide range from -30 to over 100. Therefore, it is getting good estimation in a plurality of applications as automobile parts. Higher fluidity and thermal stability enable various processings such as, a gas-assist molding, hot-runner molding and compression molding.

Applications:

  • Car interior components (cluster, panels etc.)
  • Audio and car-navigation equipment parts etc.
  • Information provided by Teijin Chemicals Ltd.
