Petroquimica Triunfo Trithene® CX 7065 LDPE - Extrusion Coating

Material Notes: The Trithene® CX 7065 resin is a product developed especially to meet the segment of extrusion coating where the following properties are necessary: processing stability at high production rates, adhesiveness to various types of substrates, low neck-in, and good optical properties, mainly gloss. Trithene® CX 7065 resin provides its substrates with an excellent barrier against humidity. This product complies with ASTM D1248-IA3.

Applications: Extrusion coating of paper and cardboard.

Resin Properties: Compressed molded plate. Method ASTM D-1928, procedure C. Film obtained on a 50mm blow film line with barrier screw, 25:1 L/D, 1.0mm die gap, 50µm gauge, 2.3:1 BUR.
