Typical Properties: A proprietary pre-dispersed 80% Dibenzothiazyl disulphide in a 20% electrometric (EPDM)/processing aids binder. (electrometric binder can be SBR or EPDM).

Recommended Applications: The active ingredient of Vulca Pellet DM-80 is an all purpose accelerator and is the first delayed action accelerator in history. Vulca Pellet DM-80 used by itself, gives good processing safety, intermediate cure rate, flat curve and very good aging resistant Vulcan sate. It prevents scorching in combination with activated dithiocarbamate. Vulca Pellet DM-80 can be activated by thiuram, dithiocarbamates and aldehyde-amines.
