China-Yixing Longly Refractories ASM-130 Cordierite-Mullite
Categories: Ceramic; Oxide; Aluminum Oxide; Magnesium Oxide; Silicon Oxide

Material Notes: Featured mullite, cordierite as the main raw material, the use of advanced production technology, professionally manufacturing the kiln furniture of ceramic and powder metallurgy with load bearing board, shelf, seggar, slides, plate, pillars such as high-grade kiln tools. Refractoriness higher than its cordierite, thermal stability is better than corundum mullite material. Coefficient of thermal expansion of small, good thermal shock resistance and long service life, not sudden fracture; No oxidation in the process of use, no chipping, and less pollution ceramics.

Mullite - cordierite kiln furniture is better material in 1300°C following firing ceramics. In the firing of ceramics, sanitary ceramics, furnishings ceramics, mosaic glaze, western-style brick, square brick, split bricks and glass-ceramics have had excellent results. Can be used for the tunnel kiln, shuttle kiln, belt kiln putting furnace and low-temperature-fired glaze or burn, the powder metallurgy heat treatment.

Application: The kiln furniture of ceramic and powder metallurgy with load bearing board, shelf, seggar, plate such as high-grade kiln tools.
