Material Notes: Product description: Grilon XE 5004 is a normal viscosity PA6 injection molding grade with 30% mineral reinforcement, which is additionally UV stabilized. Grilon XE 5004 has the following important properties:
  • High stiffness
  • Special UV-stabilization
  • excellent surface finish
  • low warpage
  • nearly isotropic shrinkage
These special properties allow the usage of Grilon XE 5004 for parts with high demands for surface quality and direct UV-treatment. Examples are Housings and for example door handles.
