KiON ANTI-GRAFFITI CLEAR COAT Ambient Cure, Polysilizane Clear Coat  (discontinued **)

Material Notes: KiON Anti-Graffiti Clear Coat is a clear, ready-to-use Polysilazane clear coat that can be used to resist graffiti, road tar, tree sap, dirt, grease, stains and the like. KiON Anti-Graffiti Clear Coat will cure at ambient temperature and is dry-to-touch within 1 hour of application. KiON Anti-Graffiti Clear Coat can easily be applied by spraying, dipping, or brush coating. Resistance to most graffiti insults (permanent marker, etc.) can be obtained after a two day cure and full anti-graffiti protection against spray paint can be obtained after a 7 day cure. Dried spray paint can be removed from surfaces coated with KiON Anti-Graffiti Clear Coat by mild mechanical abrasion or spray washing. In addition, KiON Anti-Graffiti Clear Coat has excellent “weatherability”, UV resistance, hardness, and abrasion resistance, as well as oxidation and corrosion resistance.

Applications

Suggested major applications include but are not limited to transportation, highway signage, and building facades.
