Aremco Ceramacast™ 576-N High Temperature Potting & Casting Alumina

Material Notes: Medium grain castable ceramic for large high temperature potting and tooling. Aremco offers a range of ceramic-based materials used for the assembly of high temperature, high power electrical devices as well as high temperature fixtures, molds and tooling.

Cure:
Step 1. Dry for 8 hours minimum at room temperature.
Step 2. Bake at 200 ºF for 2–4 hours.
Step 3. Final cure at 250 ºF for 3 hours.
Step 4. Final cure at 450 ºF for 30–60 minutes if using HLB-1 Hydrophobic Liquid Binder.
