Syensqo (Solvay Specialty Polymers) PrimoSpire® PR-351 Polyphenylene, Self-Reinforced (SRP)  (discontinued **)
Categories: Polymer; Thermoplastic

Material Notes: PrimoSpire® PR-351 resin is a higher flow, injection molding grade of PrimoSpire® self-reinforced polyphenylene (SRP). PrimoSpire® SRP resin is an ultra-high performance amorphous, melt-processable thermoplastic. The unique properties of this material are due primarily to the rigid-rod chemical structure. PrimoSpire® SRP is differentiated from other thermoplastics by outstanding mechanical properties without fiber reinforcement. In addition, it offers scratch resistance, great friction and wear properties, excellent solvent resistance and exceptional low temperature performance.

Features: Balanced Stiffness/Toughness; Ductile; Flame Retardant; Good Chemical Resistance; Low Temperature Resistant

Uses: Aircraft Applications; Electrical/Electronic Applications; Industrial Applications; Medical/Healthcare Applications

Additional Properties: Dynatup - ASTM D3763 58.0 J
