Properties / Applications: Baytec SPR-256D is a two-component, 100%-solids spray system with a Shore hardness of 56D.* The isocyanate component is a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer, and the polyol component is a polyether polyol blend. Baytec SPR-256D spray system is typically used for in-mold spray applications with polyurethane structural composites. As with any product, use of Baytec SPR-256D in a given application must be tested (including but not limited to field testing) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
