Material Notes: Lewatit® A 8075 KR is a weakly basic, gel type anion exchange resin based on an acrylic copolymer of special bead size distribution. Due to its porous polyacrylate structure Lewatit A 8075 KR has outstanding capacities and kinetic properties being distinctly superior to other weak base anion exchange resins. Its very high capacity makes it especially attractive for applications in nuclear power station such as the treatment of radioactive waste. Lewatit A 8075 KR is especially suitable for:
  • the treatment of radioactive waste after full system decontamination
  • the clean-up of radioactive waste
