Material Notes: Characterization: Baytec RTC-092A is a two-component, 100%-solid rotational casting system with a Shore hardness of 92A*.

Properties / Applications: Baytec RTC-092A is a two-component, 100%-solid rotational casting system with a Shore hardness of 92A*. The isocyanate component is a modified diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) prepolymer, and the polyol component is a polyether polyol blend. Baytec RTC-092A is a fast reacting system designed to be cast on rotating roll cores using the rotational casting technique. The system is typically used on rollers for the paper, textile, and steel industries and belt rollers. It can be pigmented to almost any color. As with any product, use of the Baytec RTC-092A system in a given application must be tested (including field testing, etc.) in advance by the user to determine suitability.
