Master Bond Supreme 3ANHT Epoxy Adhesives for Bonding Stainless Steel
Categories: Polymer; Adhesive; Thermoset; Epoxy; Epoxy Adhesive

Material Notes: Description: Master Bond Polymer System Supreme 3ANHT is a one component, heat cured epoxy adhesive and sealant, featuring high peel and shear strength along with good thermal conductivity and convenient handling. Supreme 3ANHT cures readily at 250°F in 20-30 minutes; and at 300°F in 5-10 minutes. Minimum curing temperature is 235°F. Being a one part system, no mixing is required and the working life is unlimited as it never cures at room temperature. The shelf life is 6 months in original closed containers. Master Bond Polymer Adhesive Supreme 3ANHT produces good bonds with both high shear and high peel strength for service over a wide temperature range of -100°F to +350°F. It offers good resistance to impact, thermal shock, vibration and stress fatigue cracking while maintaining the moisture, creep, corrosion and thermal resistance typical of epoxy resin adhesives. Master Bond Adhesive Supreme 3ANHT can be applied without sagging or dripping even on vertical surfaces. It is 100% reactive and does not contain any diluents or solvents. Supreme 3ANHT forms high strength and exceptionally tough bonds which are resistant to severe thermal cycling and many chemicals including water, oil, fuels, and most organic solvents even upon prolonged exposures. Adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, wood vulcanized rubbers and many plastics is excellent. The hardened adhesive has good thermal conductivity and electrical insulator. It is widely used in aerospace, electronic, electrical, computer, automotive and chemical applications especially where handling and rapid curing along with physical properties all are of critical importance.

Product Advantages:

  • Single component system.
  • Ease of application; non drip application feature.
  • Versatile and rapid cure schedules; as fast as 5-10 minutes at 300°F or 20-30 minutes at 250°F.
  • High shear and peel strength to similar and dissimilar substrates over the remarkable wide temperature range of -100°F to +350°F.
  • Good electrical insulating properties and chemical resistance.
  • Superior resistance to thermal shock, impacts and stress fatigue cracking.
  • Superior durability and dimensional stability.
  • Outstanding thermal conductivity.
