Braskem LDF0025 Low density polyethylene of high molecular weight

Material Notes: LDF0025 is a low density polyethylene of high molecular weight that provides high mechanical strength. The product is highly versatile and can be used in several applications due to their easy processability and high compatibility with other types of polyethylene. It does not contain antiblock and slip additives.
Applications: Shrink film., bags and sacks, blown film, agricultural films and greenhouse coverings, industrial bags, blends with HDPE and LLDPE for extrusion and molding process, bottles for consumer goods.
Processes: Blown film extrusion. Injection molding.

Film properties tested with a monolayer 50 µm thickness blown film, blow up ratio: 2.8, die gap: 1.8 mm.
